Hughes Partner Leadership Coach and Facilitator Nancy has over 20 years of experience in leadership development, in the areas of executive coaching, group facilitation and executive education. She has partnered with clients around the world. Her extensive experience comes from working with clients in the high-tech, shipping, banking, pharmaceutical, financial services, manufacturing and hotel industries. Nancy is known for her open, honest, and flexible approach. She is a graduate of Corporate Coach U and Newfield Network. Nancy is certified with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) holding the designation of Master Certified Coach (MCC). She is one of the founding members of the ICF Singapore Chapter, taking several executive roles since it started in 2002. Nancy is also a trained coaching supervisor with CSA. She earned her bachelor's degree from Swarthmore College, and her Master's Degree in European Studies from the 'Centre Europeen' in France. Fluent in English and French and conversational in Mandarin, she has lived and worked in the United States, France, and Taiwan before settling in Singapore in 1998. She is from New York, USA.
