Jose Ferreira-Filho Partner Leadership Coach and Facilitator Josè has over 12 years of experience as a leadership consultant, providing executive coaching, group facilitation, career coaching, and customized solutions in the areas of team effectiveness, global and cross-cultural leadership. He has partnered with executives in South America, U.S.A., Europe, Asia and Africa, working in a variety of industries, including Financial, Pharmaceutical, Telecommunications, IT, Service Providers and Government organizations. Josè began his career as a clinical psychologist and psychotherapist, later shifting his focus to leadership development while working with the Center for Creative Leadership (CCL). He holds a degree in Clinical Psychology, with a specialization in Career Counseling, and a Post-Graduate Diploma in Psychology and Sciences of Culture & Arts. He is also a certified Coaching Superviser by The Coaching Supervision Academy, UK. With a wealth of experience in the areas of providing feedback, interpreting organizational dynamics and helping clients increase self-awareness, Josè's questions are stimulating and intellectually challenging. With a keen interest in Arts and Dance, he also helps individuals enhance their impact and leadership presence through their body language.
