Avital Carmon Partner Leadership Coach and Facilitator Avital's area of expertise is leadership development with a particular focus on presence and impact, transition and change, and effective communication. She has worked globally with individulals and teams in a variety of multinational organizations, mainly in the financial services, technology, consumer goods, government, real estate, healthcare, and non-profit sectors. Avital creates powerful partnerships with clients, helping them reconnect with and truly leverage their strengths, be more aware of their impact on others, make conscious choices, and maximize professional effectiveness and growth. Avital earned an MBA from INSEAD, and a degree in Architecture from the Technion, a leading Engineering school. She holds a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential by the International Coach Federation (ICF) and a Certified Professional Co-active Coach (CPCC) credential by The Coaches Training Institute (CTI). She is also a graduate of CTI's yearlong Leadership Program. Avital served as the President of the International Coach Federation (ICF) Singapore between 2012-14. Before finding her calling as a professional coach, Avital spent over 15 years working as a consultant, researcher, and manager of large scale construction projects. Before settling down in Singapore eleven years ago, she lived and worked in the US, France and Israel. This wealth of experience provides her with a rich understanding of cultures, people, and organizations. |
